This Privacy Policy explains how Lowboy Digital LLC (“Lowboy Digital LLC,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information through lowboydigital.com, our forms and our text messaging program.
What we collect
When you ask for a free preview, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your business name, your mobile number, your Google listing or city, your trade, and your current website if you choose to share it. If you check the text message box, we also record that you agreed, the date and time, and the page where you agreed.
How we use it
We use it only to build your free preview, send it to you, and follow up with you about it. That follow-up may be by call or email, and by text only if you agreed to receive texts.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t collect payment information through this form. No payment info is needed for a preview.
Spam protection
This form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out bots. Turnstile may check basic information from your browser to do that.
SMS / Text Messaging
Program. If you opt in, Lowboy Digital LLC will send you text messages about your website, such as your free preview, questions about your business details, and follow-ups about your project. Texts come from our business number, which is also the number to text STOP or HELP to.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the unchecked text message box on our free-preview form or on our SMS page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can still request a preview or buy from us without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@lowboydigital.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates. All the other categories and uses described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We may share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver our messages (such as our phone and texting provider and wireless carriers), and only to provide this messaging program.
